NATURAL ORIGINS

Cotton & Flax 

We source our fibres from two of the world’s most breathable plants: cotton and flax. Cotton provides softness; flax (used to make linen) brings strength and structure. Grown sustainably, they require minimal resources and zero synthetic input.

FIBRE EXTRACTION

Mechanical Retting & Scutching

Flax fibres are separated using a mechanical retting method followed by scutching, which gently strips the stalks to preserve fibre quality. Cotton is ginned to remove seeds and impurities, keeping the fibres airy and light.

FABRIC FORMATION

Woven in Plain Weave 

Once spun into yarn, we weave our cotton-flax blend using a plain weave —techniques that increase breathability, add texture, and ensure durability while keeping the hand-feel soft.
