• Dispatch & Delivery: Orders are shipped from our premises located in Jaipur. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–10 working days.

• Courier Services: We partner with reliable domestic courier companies, selecting partners based on your location to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Tracking Information: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details. You can also check your shipment status using the Track My Order section on our website.

• Failed Delivery Attempts: If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery based on your availability.

• Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

• Package Inspection: If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at rawsummer.in@gmail.com.
