How should I care for the garments?
Each product includes specific wash care instructions to help you maintain its quality.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and courier partner details. Use this to check your shipment status directly on the courier's site.

Who handles the delivery?
We partner with reliable courier services and according to the distance we have different partners. Please refuse delivery if the package is damaged or tampered with.

Where are the orders shipped from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our premises located in Jaipur.

Can I return an item I purchased?
We offer exchanges only—not returns—unless the product is faulty. For exchanges, the customer pays for return shipping, and we cover the cost of shipping the replacement.

Can I cancel my order?

If delivery is missed, our courier will attempt redelivery at your preferred date and time.

How long does delivery take?
Orders take 7-10 working days after dispatch. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

How can I return a product?
For domestic orders, email us within 3 days of receiving your order. Ensure items are unused, with original tags and packaging. We accept returns within 7 days. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

For international orders, email us within 3 days for an exchange. No returns or refunds are allowed. Return shipping must be covered by the customer.
